Why Business English?
Some might think that a standard B1 or B2 skill level in English is enough but that is rarely the case. Standard B1 and B2 English includes very little specific work-related vocabulary and stylistic knowledge. So, for most learners, dedicated Business English lessons are crucial to not only use English in their private lives but also in their work lives as well.
At which level should you start?
We advise our learners to start taking Business English classes as soon as they have reached a comfortable B1 level. At that level, you are most likely to possess enough knowledge to be able to use the key Business English vocabulary you learn with confidence and ease.
How often can and should you take Business English lessons?
For most learners, taking a lesson once a week is a reliable way to improve their Business English. This rhythm works especially well when the goal is a long-term sustainable improvement. If the need arises for faster wins and improvements we are also able to accommodate more lessons in a shorter time and also daily or even twice daily if our students’ schedules requires that.
At what time should you learn Business English?
Usually taking a lesson during the week after work or on a weekend works best for most. The exact time depends on your schedule. Our teachers are able to accommodate students from all time zones around the globe. Don’t hesitate to approach us and ask us if we can accommodate your time zone, too.

At ASCEUND we offer online 1-on-1 lessons to keep the logistical worries for our students to a minimum. We also offer in-person lessons worldwide. What does it cost?
Our standard online lessons run at 45€ for 45 minutes. In-person lessons worldwide are subject to individual pricing to accommodate location, duration, and number of lessons during the stay. Contact us for a quote on those.

Our starter lesson sets the foundation for your learning journey. We will discuss your goals and wishes and analyze your current skill level, strengths, and weaknesses. We will plan out how long it would take for you to reach your goals, and which lesson frequency suits you best, to make sure that your learning journey is destined for success.
